What does the BUMPER TAB look like exactly? And how is it relocated?

Bumper tab is the screw that hold holds the rear bumper into place. A lot of people who drop their cars remove and relocate the tab to prevent it from hitting the tire. Basically just re-piloting a new hole about an inch or so back and relocating the tab.
