I like the wheels a lot, however I think the series tire you have in the front is way too small. In turn, that's why your gap looks so huge. I would have went with a 215/40/18 in the front or something similar to fill it in a bit..just my .02!
I totally agree with you, 40's was the tire I was looking for......but I thought they were going to rub in my fender, now I totally know they wouldnt.....

This post may be a little too old, but does anyone know what is the biggest size tire I can go with. I just ordered a set of these today 18x9+50 and 18x8+48. I wanted some 255/40/18 in back and 245/40/18 in front. I'm lowered with S-Techs. Could I roll my fenders to make them fit?

215/40/18 or 225/40/18 = front
245/35/18 or 255/35/18 = rear

So 225/40/18 in front and 255/35/18 in rear is the biggest I can go? Good, that will save me a little bit more money on tires, those 265/40's are a bit pricey. Thanks

I'd stick with the 215 and 245 setup.

225/255 is possible, but when lowered, you could run into problems if you don't know what you're doing...

so when we say 245/40/18, the 40 represents the thickness of the sidewall? if so, then a thinner sidewall would allow for more lowering, correct?
