I don't know about this. There're some pretty expensive JDM rims on the For Sale board that don't seem to be selling. How much did you end up selling your rims for btw? You didn't get close to what you paid as I remember.

Big deal. I used the wheels for along time, I bought the wheels with yoko advans on them and sold them with kuhmo's. $400 isnt a big deal at all. WTF is $400??? I just made that back by selling a 06 center console I paid $60 for. Go to hell/

I'm not jealous that you spend $3K on wheels. I do think it's a bit inappropriate to criticize others on how they use their money. You yourself just used that same argument with "and its my money, not yours." But you're not the hypocrite, are you?

Just because someone wants to slap on budget rims makes him an idiot? And when you slap on your $1600 rims, you're so cool? Kayvan, come on. Surely you don't think that your self-esteem depends on how much $$$$ you dish out for your rims? You're bigger than that.

 

Wow this is a crazy thread. I would not personaly drive everyday on budget rims but I would def use them as track rims or a spare set. I dont see anything wrong with rotas anyways high dollar race cars use them for the track. But kayvan you got really mad, not called for. You have had some nice rims I have to say. And I guess you make decent money at 19, but there is people here that make high 6 figures and the s2k is a toy car. I wouldnt get all big headed on how much you make and the rims you can buy. At 19 I owned 04 E46 M3 SMG (not stock), and R1, GSXR 1000 (both bikes over 150 real wheel horespower) lived on my own in a $1800/mo condo in hawaii WITH OUT PARENTS HELP..I was single then, now engaged my life changed as so with the responsabilities. Please dont get offended just trying to make a point.

no one mentioned anything about buying incorrect stagger or offset wheels by the way so I don't know why you threw that in.

about me not being able to afford "real" rims... you don't know me so don't make assumptions.
