Default Rota vs Work and Spoon

I need to get 17s for my car to be able to put on some Nitto 555R Radials on it so I sold my 18s couple of weeks ago. I was planning on getting the Work Emotion CR KAI but it looks like it is going to take around a month to get them. I just realized that Rota has the exact same wheels called Torque. Since it is like a replica I am not really into it but if it looks exact same and not that heavier, why not?

So basically what I need is:

1) Work Emotion CR KAI vs. Rota Torque
2) Spoon SW388 vs. Rota Slipstream

Do they look exact same or are there differences? If so, where? Weight difference?

And will they rub with 225/45/17 front and 245/40/17 rear? (lowered on Tein S-Tech)

This is where you have to decide if you want the real thing for status that you have the real thing or just save money and get the replicas.

Personally I would get the Work Emotions, so what if takes a month unless you are in a hurry.

The Rota Tourqe is probably lighter than the works (I dont know for sure though) but I do know that the works are not very light. While most of the rotas a fairly light.

The difference between Spoons (Desmond Regamasters) and Sliptreams IMO are significant. Spoons are very light, very strong, and they have a metal valve stems, are flat black in color and are almost triple the price of Rotas. The Slipstreams are cast (though lighter than most cast wheels), probably not as strong, use a rubber vlave stem, are glossy black and very in-expensive.

Its just my opinion but I would get Forged wheels over cast wheels just for strength and weight, but if your in it for the looks than get whichever apeals to you the most

I vote for Spoons

I am not considering Spoon at all since I need to buy 17s. I like how spoon looks so I just wanted to check if it looks exact same. I am not trying to save money but I just can't drive on the tires I have right now so I need to get something ASAP.

Looks like weight is not an issue. So basically the difference between Rota Slipstream and Spoon is the tone of black

I guess if you are talking about just looks and disregarding the differences in craftsmanship, materials used, and valve stems being of different material... then yep thats the only difference.... not trying to be a d!ck, but those are pretty significant differences.

Honostly their are other very subtle differences, but you would have to look at the wheels side by side to see them.

A third option would be to buy 17 inch Regamasters and PC them black Than you will have the look that you want along with a high quality light weight wheel if $ is not an issue

i know they are significant differences but i don't track my car so weight is not an issue unless there is like 15lbs difference in each rim.
