Default rotating rears side to side

Has anyone done this in order to squeeze a little more life out of their rear S-02's? I'm getting the typical "inside edge wearing out first" on my rears and I was wondering if anyone had the rears removed from the rims and placed on the other side to equalize the inside wear pattern before tossing them out completely.

I've done that exact same thing for my front tires! Had it removed from the wheel and mounted on the other.
I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Since these tires have left/right symmetry, I don't see why this can't be done.

You can do it but you would need to dismount the tire and flip them on the other side of the car.
The tires are directional so they do need to roll in the right direction.

I think it is a must, not only for OEMs but for any tire.

You only have to dismount if they are directional tires. A tire like the Yokohama AVS Intermediate you can rotate side to side no problem.
If I cna help let me know.
Thank you
