rotating tires
[FONT=Times][SIZE=7][COLOR=blue]
I'm about to buy some Bridgestone/Firestone Fuzions for my rear wheels, and they come with a lifetime rebalance. Do you really need to rebalance rear wheels after a while? There is no sense in being a pain to Firestone if they don't really need rebalancing.
Also does anyone know a good technical discussion of tires: reasons for tread patterns, technical info on rubbers, construction methods, etc.?
Thanks for help.

i dont see how rebalance every 5000 miles will help unless the wheels are out of balance. balance and rotation serve different purposes. i would'nt worry about rebalance unless there is a problem.
