So this may have been answered somewhere but I'm unsure as to how to make this setup work. If I want to fit a stop tech bbk with 17x9 +45 rpf1's, how much spacer is needed? Will it fit nicely under downforce fenders? Thanks!

 

I have -2.5 of camber up front at stock height and they current stick out maybe 15-20mm?

 

I don't know how thick the spacer would need to be, but I would wager it is a large enough spacer that you should consider a different wheel. Is this a street car?

 

I can't seem to sell them haha and it is right now but I'm planning to track it and rather just skip the constant replacing of rotors and pads

 

They would need a 17-20mm spacer to clear the stoptechs. Unfortunately they are not a BBK friendly wheel at all.

You would want the 8.5 +40 option to fit. The 8 + 45 option is a bit less aggressive for fender fitment and may also fit, but you would want to double check on that spec. For sure the 8.5 +40 will.

 

So a 20mm spacer downforce fenders and say like 4* of camber and it should fit?

I would rather just get different wheels at that point. I can't stand the non concave face and would be spending money either way

 

The non concave face is what makes the wheels fit. probably not going to matter what wheel you get lol If you want a concave wheel up front to fit with a BBK then your going to be looking at wider then stock fenders, and the 10mm DF fenders wont cut it for most options. You can gain 15mm useable area just by pulling the stock fenders. A 9 +45 with an additional 20mm to clear the Stoptechs puts you in 35-40mm J's racing fender territory. I actually prefer the looks of a concave rear with a convex front on a RWD car. A non stag concave set up on this car makes the front wheels stick out and big/awkward looking to me typically. This isn't a AWD Subaru. But that's just my visual preference. Obviously there is a fitment factor here that has to work first and foremost.
