Rubbing issues w/Espelir & 225's?
My Espelir coil/Koni swap dumped the car more than I thought it would (I like the look though). My question is, I'm still running stock tires/wheels but have VOLK 17x7.5/17x9 combo waiting to go on and I was planning on buying 225/255 combo. Tonight over a smallish dip in the road at about 35mph my front passenger side bottomed out a tad and the tire rubbed the fender liner, scraping off one of the plastic "pop rivet" things that hold the liner in. Is this going to be worse with the 225's? I thought I was safe with that combo, but like I said the Espelirs lowered the car quite a bit. FWIW I am on the higher of the two settings on the Konis.
Any one else running the Espelir 225 tire size combo? Are you having any rubbing issues with stock alignment or are you running a bit more negative camber? My car goes into the alignment shop in the morning and I'd like to be able to tell them about where to set the camber.

I just installed the Espelir/Koni set up on the lower perch with 225F and 255R and now my fronts are rubbing like crazy especially when Im taking curves at >45mph. I got the rears rolled and dont have any problem in the back but not sure what to do with the fronts! Any suggestions?
My front stock 215's rub on heavy dips in the road and that is on the higher perch of the Koni shock.
On a side note, I just got the alignment done today and -1deg front/ -2deg rear was the least camber he could dial in. That is fine since its what I wanted anyway.
The 225 tire is about 1/2" taller than the stock 215 so I'm worried rubbing will be more of an issue with these tires, but I'll probably go for them anyway. So far the car has only rubbed twice and that was over a pretty good dip in the road.
