Run Flats
did you do a vehivle specific search or tire search? Do a tire search, since it probably wouldn't come up with the vehicle specific since it wasn't a factory "option." Why do you want run flats? they weigh more, and sacrifice performance. I know kumho makes some runflats....
I'm looking into the run flats so I can dump the spare and put an amp in its place. Although, I just read that some are puting the smaller amps behind the passenger seat which should work in my case. Does the degraded performance come from increased tire weight? I'm surprised more people aren't interested because of the safety benefit.
You have to add sensors if you have run flats so that you'll know when one of them is in trouble. Otherwise, you'll have a world class blowout after about 200 miles of running on a compromised tire. Most people find that it's not worth messing with and paying for the sensors. Plus, the tires do suck - performance wise.
