For the fronts, you don't roll the top of the fenders and bend the tabs like you did on the front and rear of the front fenders? I thought the part that it rubbed was the top of the fender, but maybe I'm wrong..?

What are you talking about? The pictures and DIY clearly show the front tabs and fender lip being rolled.

Ah ok the angle of the pictures threw me off. With some +60 offset 17x9 wheels, do you advise rolling the lip for the fenders or just bending the tabs? I'd like to try and avoid having to roll the whole lip of the fenders if possible. Thanks for the DIY.
