Default Search is offline - question about JDM S2000 wheels?

My friend is buying an S2000, and he had heard something about JDM wheels for the S2000 which are lighter than the USDM wheels.. Search function is offline at them moment, so sorry if this is an old question... Can anybody confirm this, or is this a rumor?

Thanks in advance,

- C

The JDM wheels are indeed lighter than the OEM US. I want to say the weight difference is just over 4lbs a wheel. The wheels are forged and and 16 in with the same offset as the stock wheels. There have been a couple group buys on them. The wheels are around $1800-1900 a set, not cheap by any means.
