Is this setup going to fit and work?
I am looking into buying LE37T for my S
I wanted something big in the rear cause it just looks so nice with a deep dish.
I originally wanted 17x7.5 in the front 17x9 in the rear.
but i don't think volks make this set up for the 17's
So I was gonna go with 18x8 and 18x9, I think they make this setup.
I remember a post before that 8 in the front will rub. is this true?
and if i do roll the fenders will there still be waterguard under the fenders?
What about the off-set. Is there something that would work with the 18inch setup?
thanks
Jae

why are you using 255's all the way around? This car was designed and engineered as a rear drive car and to have a staggered setup (small width tires up front and wider ini the rear) and now you are using the same all around? Your choice, but wrong in my book and many others.
accord:
the Volk Le37t comes in an 18x7.5 +48 (front) and 18x8.5 +50 (rear), this is directly from the sizing chart on Rays website. This is the most common setup that s2000 owners are using when purchasing this particular wheel. I was looking into this same setup and just did not feel comfortable that the rears would not rub without fender rolling or mucho camber adjustments. other people could tell you otherwise. I'm just going based on the research I have done.
you will NOT get a deep dish look with the Volk wheels in S200 fitments, at least not the Le37T. you might find the lip on the SF Challenge or GT-C more to your liking.
Another thing for you to think about..the 17" Le37T in spark silver (I think that is the name, its the very shiny silver color), should come in the proper S2000 offsets, with a +63 rear (I believe). Check with http://www.evolutionautosports.com/home.htm about this.
good luck.

before i bought my rims i've check out a lot of s2k magazines. i notice a lot of s2k in japan use 17 by 9 all the way around. c-west use 17 by 9 all the way around. amuse use 17 by 9 all the way around. and some other company that i can't remember top of my head. power house amuse mod really good s2k so decide to went on their wheel size.
yes, these are custome order from Bulletproof. you can check it out there. yes, when i first order the rim i was scared. on my mind i think that it's going to oversteer more. few race car driver come in to my tire shop having their car as rear wheel, but why are they also using the same all the way around? 7 month later my wheels are finally here. i put them on and so far i feel actually more nutral. i went to this canyone on my first practice run on these rims and tires, i was 9 second faster than i usual just on the practice run. yea, people tell me you are weird, but i follow what people did in Jap and i felt that was pretty interesting. people tell me it'll rub for sure but not with these offset. i have no rubbing at all. i can't post on s2ki cuz i didn't pay. but if you want to see it you can pm me with your email so i can send you some pic.
