Default Should I Upgrade Tires for Wet Season?

Currently have Falken Ziex 912s with a good amount of tread and I'm feeling the rear end break free more than I would like in our PNW wet conditions. I dunno if this is just the AP1 curse or if it has to do with the tires. I've only had the car for a few weeks, first RWD vehicle and these are the tires that were on it, so I don't really have any points of reference. Price doesn't matter too much to me as long as there is a real difference in wet conditions. Hardly any ice or snow around here, so we can call that irrelevant.

A couple other questions I have are whether I would need to change all 4 or just the two rear since the front ones look new and if you guys just take the tire rack tires to a shop to have them installed and what's a fair price for that.

Any ideas are appreciated.
