You're kidding, right? How do you propose to put a 15" tire on a 16" wheel?

Ah don't be so harsh XViper, possibly he doesn't understand the way tires are denoted.

that "15" is the rim size so it won't fit.

225/50z15
Here's a quick rundown on what these numbers mean. Normally, it would read something more like: 225/50ZR/15.

225 = width of tread in millimeters.
50 = "aspect ratio" ......... ie, the ratio between the sidewall height and tread width in terms of % -- in this case, the sidewall height is 50% of the tire width measurement.
Z = speed rating. This is the max extended operating speed for the tire. Each speed rating (and there are several), has a specific max speed.
R = radial tire construction.
15 = diameter of the hole in the middle of tire in inches.

Rims specs are in terms of "bolt pattern", diameter, width, offset.
Each car can only utilize very specific rims and each rim can only wear a certain range of tire sizes and your tire size must be chosen on the basis of speedometer error, handling performance, wear, etc.

You can use the 225/50/16 however you can also use a 245/45/16 which is a little wider.

I use the S-03s and have been buying 245/45/16 for the rear. Supposedly the 245/45/16 is supposed to be closer to the original S-02s that came on the car. I've never driven them back to back on the same day so it's kind of hard to say.

I would recommend the 245/45R16 in the S03 for the rear and the 205/55R16 for the front. These will keep you closer to the OE tire dimensions front and rear.
If I can help let me know.
