Default Socket question for removing wheels

I've had a few cars, that when I get the tires swapped the first time, the installer puts scratches around the lug nut holes on the rim, from a impact wrench/socket.
I want to go ahead and buy some sort of rubberized socket (I think you get what I'm asking), or another solution to hand to my dealer or a Discount tire tech, etc, so they won't jack up my nice OEM wheels. Any suggestions?

I believe harbor freight or craftsman made a set, I will ask my friend where he got his.

I have a few sets but you can't beat these for the price.
