He means that when tires are cold, and sitting, the contact patch flattens out from car weight. Then when tire rolls, that contact patch stays frozen in shape until tire warms up and returns to round.

Meanwhile you get vibrations until tires get warm. Its worse in cooler weather.

My S04 do that too. Doesn't bother me since tire performs so well otherwise. Many tires do this.
