Default SSR Competition center caps question

This may sound a bit dumb but the center cap on my left rear ssr competition wheel fell off last night and i'm not quite sure how to get it back on. I hit it with a rubber mallot wrapped in extra cloth but all it did was bend the center cap a bit. SO i popped the dent out and now I'm short on ideas. Any help?!

Make sure the clips are on the cap, that they didn't break causing the cap to fall off.

I remember back when my brother got these wheels for his Mazda3 that we had a hell of a time getting the centre caps to seat properly and securely.

Make sure you're trying to install the centre cap with the wheel off the car if possible... gives you extra leverage to pop it in place.
