Default SSR Comps

I've been looking at many of the light weight wheels on the market and the SSR's seam to be a pretty good deal for a forged wheel. I would like to hear any feedback positive or negative about them.

The comps are extremely light 17x7.5 being 12.5pds and 17x8.5 at 15pds. Tire rack has them for 375 and 389. Sounds nice

I just bought the Comps in 18's and the Anthracite color. They look awesome against suzuka blue. My car's in the shop for other work at the moment, but when it's ready (mid-next week), I can send you pics if you want, and I can let you know how the 18's feel on the road (if you're even considering that size).

Other than the stiffer ride, which I'm ok with, I'm hoping the near stock weight of the 18's won't negatively affect handling and acceleration (I think they actually weigh a bit less). With 225/40's front and 265/35's rear (BFG G-Force), they still felt as light as stock just lifting them in and out my truck. Don't know exact weights for compares though. Plus with the rears at 265 I've got no room to lower the car without other changes, but I'm ok with that for now.

I think you'll like them. The shop guys were certainly drooling over them.

I would definitely like to see some pics!!

The 17's are a compromise because i'd rather gain some performance if possible. I was actually considering getting comps in 16" to max performance gains, but the 17's will improve handling a little.
