Default SSR Gt1 Woes

I recently bought a set of 17x7 1/2 Front, 17x8 Rear SSR GT1s and S-03s to match from Tirerack.com. They look beautiful but I've got some rubbing issues on the back. Dan from Tirerack assures me they should have fit just fine. We checked the offset (48mm front, 45mm rear) and those were per spec. I'm out of ideas why I'm aparently the only guy with problems. Anyone else have the same problem or have any ideas why this setup won't fit. After all, its only a 1/2 in increase in the back and I know folks have gotten 9in wheels on the rear successfully with no rubbing?

Check the rear camber. Setting it to -2 or -2.5 should keep it from rubbing...

yep........i have the 18" versions and i have no rubbing thanks to a VERY aggressive rear alignment.

I have the same wheels but with different offsets that you dont get in the states.
17x7 +48
17x8 +50
No rubbing ever even lowered with HKS Springs.
