Default SSR GT3 18" wheels

I just received my new yellow 2002 S2000 and I've been looking to buy new wheels. I really like the HRE wheels but I couls save about $2k and 6 weeks delivery by just getting the SSR GT3 wheels with the S-03. If anyone is running this combo on their stock height S2K, I would like to knew their sizes(rim/tire/ and offset) I would like to go as big as possiable(18") without interference. Thanks in advance.

That's the car I saw pics of on here earlier. nice looking ride man. I see where tirerack is showing a 18x9.5 listed for the rear. Will it work? also, what do you do for a spare? Any problems with the wheels your running?

Thanks!

I actually edited my post above, I am running 9.5 in the back I don't know why I had 9 there. So to answer your question yes it will work and I love them. I get so many compliments, my friends like how wide they are and so do I... As for a spare, hmmmm, good question, I have no idea what I'm gonna do in that case.. I haven't had any problems with them so far. I have scrubbed a couple of times but that was when running 60 - 70 on hairpin turns on the Dragon...

Trust me, you won't regret getting these wheels. They look even better in person and every time you get out of your car you'll smile even bigger than you do now...

I believe my offsets are 49 fronts and 55 rear, as for the weight I have no idea. I had to put them on so fast I didn't get a chance to weigh them....

I hate to be a pain in the ass, but do you have any paperwork that shows the offset to confirm?

Hahaha, it's funny that you asked because I actually had to look at the paperwork before I answered. It doesn't state very clearly on the invoice so that's my best guess with what I have. I ordered mine from a guy at Tirerack named Noah at Ext 272, he was pretty cool and very helpful.

Hey Bad S2k'

Go to http://S2000.byteserve.com.au/wheeloptions/ and click any manufacturer (all don't list the offset) and you will find the offset needed for your application. Happy Hunting
