I am looking in buying a set of SSR Type-Cs. I have tried all places and no ones seems to carry them. I asked AJ PwR from A&J Racing and he said SSR is out of business does anyone knows about this ?

Does anyone knows where I can get these wheels ? Any places that you guys suggest ?

Type C's are basically the competition, you can get them from tirerack if you want.

The only diffrence is the Lip. If you want the gold or white Id just get the tire rack ones and have them painted, the stickers if you want them come seperate.

Also, the offsets are better through tire rack than through Japan

I just bought the SSR comp's 17x8/+48 offset, 17x9/+55 offset. I'm just waiting for the Khumo Ecsta V700's 225/45front, 245/40rear I ordered before I try them on the car. I'm concerned about rubbing because competition tires have wider tread widths. Has anyone else had a problem with rubbing? Should I be concerned about this wider offset? Any opinions?

My fronts rub occasionally on bumpy corners with 225/45's and a 1.5" drop. Rears have never rubbed with 245/40's

The front sits a little lower now. I had originally installed the KG/MM springs backwards (fronts in the back, rears in the front). 1 finger gap all around now.
