Default Staggered?

I now have 18X7.5 on the front and 18X8.5 in the rear. I have 255/35 18 for tire on the rear and they scrub on the fender really bad. i have a one inch drop on my S2k but they were scrubbing before that also. i asked the local body shop to roll the fender and they said it will still rub because its rubbing all the way on the outside of the fender. the damn rim shop sold me the wrong offset with a plus 42mm in the rear. i am looking at buying new rims. the ones i want are 18X8 all the way around. i know with our factories staggered it is better for handling. will having 18X8 for all four really affect my drive that much?

As long as you stagger the tires then you'll be ok. Make sure the offsets will work this time. Good luck

It will affect the handling but how much will depend on how hard you drive the car. With the 18X8 you can stagger the tires some. You could run a 225/40R18 front and 245/35R18 rear.
If I can help let me know.
