The Stock S2000 Tire
I recently had a blow out on the stock s2k tires (potenza s-02) rear passenger. Its xmas eve and I have no clue where to get a replacement tire (im going to go ahead and change both rear). I called the dealership and they want up to a week for it to be special ordered for me and ive called all the bridgestone dealers in the area with no luck. Can anyone give me any information on vendors in the area that will be able to service me hopefully today? Thanks

You can get tires from tirerack.com Dont get the so2's, get the so3's. Im done my 3rd set, but I just recieved my new rear tires today. But the so3's were out of my price range this time being that they are about 140 bucks a piece. I got 2 rear tire[falkens] for 162 bucks from discounttiredirect.com
Changing the rears to S03's is a good option and you may be able to find them in short time. I have S02's up front that I am replacing this winter (with S03's) and S03's in the front. Unless you driving like crazy, you won't notice much of a differenc. The S03's blow away the S02's in the rain, and although not as sticky as S02's, they break traction more predictibly.
