I think I am going to jump in on the group buy for Volks LE28Ns in 17 inch. I plan to go with Pirelli Pzero corsa tires in 225/45-17 front and 255/40-17 rear. These are slightly larger than stock. I have considered changing the suspension, but I realize how good it is stock and how I'd may make it worse by changing it. So, will slightly larger tires (both in height and width) make any real difference to the handling? I realize the pirellis will stick much better than the stock tires as they are a semi-compition tread. Also, if I change, will an alignment be in order to restore stock settings?
