When storing the car for 3 or 6 months, what should be done regarding the tires?

i would think you should drive the car once a week around the block, so the tires dont deform and cause the bottom patch to become flat

Over-inflated to ~45 psi, no flat spots after 6 months. Just don't forget to deflate before driving.
