+30 offset shouldn't need a 215. I'm running 18x9.5 +29 rears with a 225/40 and about -4 camber. You'll need to really really really work the fenders well though, mine took a long time to do correctly.

Thanks for the reply. You see, im on a budget so the only way to make my car look nice are the rims. I think the the main reason people do hellaflush is because they are young and dont have the time and money to modify anything else. Maybe when i'm done with school, ill use s2000 as a track car. For now, its just gonna be a daily car used for showing off and posing. haha
If you're lucky, you won't rip a tire and/or lose bead while driving the car and lose control and crash it (lots of ands = massive run on sentence).
My vote is to stay stock, or get something in the fitment of 17x9 +45 to +50. It'll be decently flushed, fit well with minor rolling/pulling, be functional, and able to fit 255s easily.

I finished the fender work. +30 offset for 9.5 is aggressive but a little roll and camber and it'll definitely fit. Right now it only rubs on hard bumps, but im using a 40 tire in the back. Im sure if i use 35 i'll be fine. My car isnt really hellaflush since it isnt an inch off the ground. But it looks pretty aggressive.
