+30 offset shouldn't need a 215. I'm running 18x9.5 +29 rears with a 225/40 and about -4 camber. You'll need to really really really work the fenders well though, mine took a long time to do correctly.

I was in the same boat as Froth. Now, I'm just fitted and flush.

I run 35psi in all four, no issues. More air pressure isn't going to help it will make it worse.

I used to run 225/45/17 on a 10" wheel +35. All tires are different. You should be ok with the sidewall and you wouldn't have to check for air so often, just the normal routine. You just have to be a slow driver on the potholes or your wheels will get curbed on the inside. Then youll be leaking air if the damage is bad.

You should autox, it's so much fun. Give it a shot. I used to be hellaflush and I'm glad I left it.

Thanks for the reply. You see, im on a budget so the only way to make my car look nice are the rims. I think the the main reason people do hellaflush is because they are young and dont have the time and money to modify anything else. Maybe when i'm done with school, ill use s2000 as a track car. For now, its just gonna be a daily car used for showing off and posing. haha
If you don't have the money for that, you're definitely not going to have the money for getting your fenders rolled properly to fit those wheels. It's expensive work to get super aggressive wheels/tires to fit. And, when it's done wrong and you eff up your fenders and/or wheel, you won't have money to fix your car/wheels. Then you'll be driving a Hoopty2000 with herrafrush raped fenders.

If you're lucky, you won't rip a tire and/or lose bead while driving the car and lose control and crash it (lots of ands = massive run on sentence).

My vote is to stay stock, or get something in the fitment of 17x9 +45 to +50. It'll be decently flushed, fit well with minor rolling/pulling, be functional, and able to fit 255s easily.

youn wont have a problem with that stretch. i had 215/45/17 on a set of 10" wheels in the past. not a single problem. the bead wont pop off. Run the tire pressures the car calls for.

I finished the fender work. +30 offset for 9.5 is aggressive but a little roll and camber and it'll definitely fit. Right now it only rubs on hard bumps, but im using a 40 tire in the back. Im sure if i use 35 i'll be fine. My car isnt really hellaflush since it isnt an inch off the ground. But it looks pretty aggressive.
