are these a good fit?

Finish: BRONZE
Size: 18" x 7.5"
Bolt Pattern: 5X100114.3
Hole: 10
Offset: +48mm
Weight: 20 lbs/wheel

are these a heavy set of wheel as i am unaware of wheel weight

As long as you stay narrow with the tires they would work. The only problem I can see is you have to run the same size tire front and rear.
