Default Tire Fitment For prodrive gc07c asm spec

I have a set of prodrive gc07c in asm spec and need help deciding on some tires by today.

The offset is +44 17x7.5 in front and +54 17x8.5 in the rear.

I'm basically trying to get some 225/45/17 in front and 255/40/17 in the rear, but i'm thinking that might rub since i'm lowered on Espelir springs.

If you have any input or suggestion as far as tire sizing goes please leave a comment.

Jim from tirerack please let me know which size will work!!!

That is a really lousy fitment calculator, it will tell you things will fit that ABSOLUTELY will not fit.

You are better off with the S2000 specific fitment guide stickied at the top of this forum, it is a bit on the conservative side for some, but if you go with the recommended sizes you won't rub.

to the OP
Id say with your setup you'll want to run a 215/245 combo unliss you want to go back up to stock height, you could go with the wider tires but you'll most likely rub and have to adjust camber or roll your fenders to fit those with NO rubbing.

I have the same wheels chillen in the corner waiting for some tires too except I have the +48 front.

I am considering the same thing as you. Another member running the same wheels said he had a slight rub on the rear running 225/255 combo in azenis. He had an eibach drop (around 1inch) if I remmeber right.

I think mike is right... we should run 215/245's to really avoid rubbing. Plus it looks like a better fit on that width rim.
