I wouldn't suggest S02 or S03
Go i.e with TOYO Proxes TS-1. Many guys with S are happy with them, I had them in my previous car (MX5) and I was very satisfied.
I am running with S03 front and S02 rear but I dont like them at all especially in heavy rain.(the S03 are dangerous in rain - bad waterflow, I had experienced really bad situations several times fortunately without damaging the car)

The soonest possible I go with 18'' and Toyos.

Aris, How can you tell the S03 is bad in the rain? You don't even have matching tires. The S03 is one of the best wet tires on the market. I have tested them head to head against the best tires out and they are very stong in the wet. What you are feeling is the S02 that is getting worn down loosing grip.

YOD88, The tire sizes would be 225/40R8 front and 255/35R18 rear. The S02 would not be available in those sizes but the S03 would be. Where the S03 is different than the S02 is ride comfort, wet traction and normally longer wear. In the 18" sizes they will probably have even better handling as well. The other advantage is the S03 will give you a little better feedback at the limits.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you
