Hi everybody , today i need to buy new tires specially the rear tires because they are bald , know i run hankook ventus k 105 , the front are very good , here in panama is dificult to find good brands or the right sizes , i have this shop that have dunlop direzza z 101 255 - 40 - 17 rear , but they dont have the front tires . So if its ok if i put the new direzzas in the rear and run with the hankook ventus in the front that are 90 % new ...my handling , brake power , stability , aligment is going to be ok, 255 fit well with my car... thanks please good answers and 0 throlls

yes but i don't recommend it the s2k has a staggered fitment the front is 205/55-16 and the rear is 225/50-16 the front is a thinner tire (i think) and you'd have decreased traction in the rear

as far as the dunlops i wouldn't buy them again, when they first came out i bought a set
and they didn't last long at all, i tried the falken ziex until i drove an s with the bf goodrich g sport t/a kdw a lot more grip and decient tire wear

You are always going to have better handling with the same tire on all four corners. If you can wait I would match them. You can run the 255/40R17 on the factory wheels.
