Just wanted to take a minute to thank Jim and the rest of the team at tire rack for their great customer service. I received a set of wheels this past friday and found that one of the wheels had a few minor imperfections. I spoke to Jim today in reference to a replacement wheel being sent to me, he was very polite, transferred me directly to customer service and they handled my claim with great courtesy. So my new wheel will be here hopefully be wed and I will finally be mounting up the new shoes. Its nice to know there are still some businesses left that value customer service. I have shopped with tire rack numerous times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Jim
