Default Tire size help

Im planning to get a set of Toyo Proxes T1Rs, and i have some questions.

Is it possible for me to put these sizes on my stockies?? Is this too wide?? Do I get better handling out of this??

Front - 225/45ZR17 94Y RD

Rear - 255/40ZR17 98Y RD

One more question regarding the "W" and the "Y"

If i put - ( well... these are oem sizes )

Front 215/45ZR17 91"W" RD

Rear 245/40ZR17 95"Y" RD

Does thoese "W" and "Y" make any differences for cornering?? Will i have any problems using this setup??

Thanks

The sizes you mention will be fine on the stock wheels. As far as handling goes I am not sure. We do not handle the tires you mentioned. The W and Y speed ratings will be fine though.
