Default Tire size question, RE01R

Wheels:
Enkei RPF1
17 x 8 +45
17 x 9 +45

Do I get:
215/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R
245/40ZR17 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R

or:
225/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R
245/45ZR17 Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R

Does it even matter?
The taller b-stones would probably give me 1 or 2 more mph in 2nd gear which would be nice, but then they might also have more chance of rubbing.

Car will be stock height and used for auto-x/HPDE only.

With the wheels you have the 215/45R17 and 245/40R17 is the best way to go. If I can help let me know.
