tires for 18" volk gt-u

i was going to buy the volk gt-u rims of a fellow member... but was wondering what size tires would go with them? also... with the volk's size and offsets... and tire width and size... would there be any rubbing? i plan to lower the car with buddy clubs...

Volk GT-U comes in 18x7.5 + 50 front and 18x8 +50 Rear

I am running Falken FK front: 225/40-18, and rear 245/35-18

Never rubbed, lowered on Espelir springs.
