19x8.5 +38F and 19x9.5 +42R

I'd say yes. Also you will need to do alot to make them fit. I am not sure you can keep the OEM rolling radius with 19's.

What tires and their sizes are you going to use?

on megan spring right now. tire size- whatever would make it fit.
