Default toyo r1r

I went to a socal exotic car meet being put on by bisimoto, whom does business with a company that my friend works for, and they had a raffle with some good prizes. I won the grand prize, a free set of toyo tires! I can pick whichever tire I want and the size. My question is that right now I have stock wheels on my ap1 but I plan on buying some 17 inch wheels, not sure which ones yet. I want to go 17x8 and 17x9, so what size tires should I order for those size wheels that will perform well but wont rub on a lowered ap1 with rolled fenders. I am going to go with coilovers but I want to drop my car so that the tires are flush, not tucking, with the fenders.

im not sure, I haven't ordered the rims yet. i was going to order them in the next month or so, but I wanted to use these tires for the new wheels, not my stock 16 inch wheels. I want as aggressive as a look as I can get without rubbing. i do intend to roll the fenders though.

im guessing your best bet would be 225/45 up front and 245/40 in the rear. not sure if the r1r comes in those sizes though

That's true, probably last longer as well if you believe that.

If you want R compound for the street get the R888. The tread grooves are full depth. The RA1 is not.
The T1R would be a better choice if you're not going to track the car.
