Default TPMS Question

When I take the TPMS sensors off of my stock 08 wheels and put them on my new wheels when they arrive will I still be able to run the stock wheels without the tpms if needed? (in between tire changes of the new wheels) Or is the TPMS attached to the actual Valve Stem and the stock wheels will be undriveable? Thanks in advance,

you can still drive the car without the TPMS. You'll just have to deal with TPMS light being on.

Thanks man, that's what i was figuring, but looking at the honda parts site made it look like the entire valve stem was a part of the tpms...thanks for clearing that up.
