I have been running S02's since my car was new. I do about 4 track days a year now and have a second set of stock wheels for track tires.

I don't have a trailer so I have to drive it to the track, which means the tires have to be street legal. Anyone have any good recommendations for track tires? I need to replace them before the next track day.

For an R compound that is driven to the track the best is the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup. They will give you the longest tread life and the best wet traction in an R compound tire. Most people run 225/50R16 front and 245/45R16 rear.
