Uneven ride height?

The torque specs are in the Repair Manual. I can look them up tonight if you don't have one, but I don't have the book with me right now.

Well...it is hard to say which side is binding...could be either. But you can do one side. Go drive the car a bit to settle the suspension and then see if that changed the gap.

To compress the suspension, use your floor jack. Set it under the lower control arm (but not on the ball joint). Then jack it up until it just barely lifts the car off the jack stand (that way if the jack fails the car will only fall less than an inch).

thanks for responding. I'm afraid i don't have a repair manual. Do you think you can give me the torque specs for the lower control arm and swaybar specs(since i will disconnecting this)??? ill probably do this Saturday so whenever your free is fine. i am pretty sure this will work, because a year ago the lower control arm on the passenger side was loose. So all i did was take the wheel off and tightened it up. LOL =X

The bolts that attach the lower arm to the frame are both 58ft-lb...the bolt through the lower shock is 47ft-lb. Recall that you will need to get a new alignment after...
