Default Vmr V710's on 04 ap2 S2k

Hey fellow S2k broskies!!! I was wondering if anyone has this setup? http://wheelflip.com/blog/honda-s2000-vmr-v710-5x1143/

I have a couple questions about the setup.

1st) Does anyone know what size those rims are? 18s all around? or 18s front 19s rear?

2nd) Can I put these on with stock s2k height? how would it look? I dont wanna lower too much where i cant even get out of a stupid driveway without scraping the underside!

I personally find that retarded... This is the sexiest s2k setup I've seen, Plain and simple, yet elegant! how much lower is this than stock? Does the tire scrape the wheel wells? can i fully turn the steering wheel without scrape? Will it affect driving in any way at all? Will it be hard going up driveways, speedbumps and such?

3rd)whats negative camber? will i need negative camber for this setup?

4th) Around how much would it cost to do this exact setup?

thanks for the inputs guys!

First of all there is a wheel and tire forum for a reason this should have been posted there.

Now to sort of answer your questions.

1. Did you even read the article. The wheel sizes are there. 18x9.5 +50. Tires are 265/35/18's.

2. Yes they could go on an s2000 at stock height. They will look a little odd however. That car is lowered at least an inch maybe more. You'll need to be careful going out of driveways and such but then again you should do so at stock height. Also to make these fit you will need to roll your fenders, relocate the rear bumper tab and get an alignment. If you don't do that not only will it rub you could damage your fenders. Again if you lower it you will need to be careful going over bumps and what not.

3. Google it. In fact please google anything that you don't understand in this post. If you want s2ki just add that in the search. But yes you will need an alignment after lowering and getting these wheels.

4. No idea. I have never seen those wheels for sale and it seems like wheel flip is the only place to get them in the specs posted for the s2000.

Finally welcome to the forum. Please spend some time reading and learning about your car and familiarizing yourself with the forums. Find your local sub forum and go to some meets. Talk to people about there setups.

1. Answered above.

2. You can put them on a stock height S2000 but it will not look as nice. The car has rolled fenders front and back and the rear bumper tab has been relocated. It's also lowered about 2" all around.

3. Google is your friend.

4. Contact wheelflip directly and get a quote.

Why would you put 18 and especially 19s on an s2000???? 17 should be your max size, you are killing performance with huge wheels. Plus it look dumb.

Not true is some cases. It depends on the wheel. 18's offer wider tire options than 17's do in many cases. It depends on the wheel though. 19's are way to big.
