I believe that any Volk/Rays dealer can order them. I found them at www.daliracing.com. He apparently figured out that they are the same size as the caps for the Volk RE030's and for some reason they are easier to find than the ones specified for the other Volk rims. I got mine within a week of ordering them. I think someone on here reported a wait time of 8 months for theirs.

Maybe Jim can chime in. Does anyone know if the RE30 center cap bore is the same distance from the hub as the CE28 bore? I was looking at my RE30s and it will be really close. I want to order flat caps, but most places won't return them if you order them and they don't fit...

i have flat caps on my RE30... they are 17x9+40 tho... not sure what the +63 looks like

FYI - Flat caps don't fit on the rears of my '01 with standard ce28n offsets. Any speculation as to why?

Can you post a further shot of the wheel? There were two faces for the 17x9 +63 ce28n, yours look more concave
