Hello everyone. Im in the process of giving a set of CE28s a full makeover. Im wondering if the flush mount center caps come painted. Im looking to color match the rest of the wheel to the center cap.

Also, is the flush mount center cap metal? My friend would like to polish the center cap and you cant exactly polish plastic.
