Hey guys, my volks should be here within a week or so (crossing fingers) Does anyone know offhand if i need to have the Rays Lugs for these wheels or would i be able to squeeze by for a little bit with just some lockin lugnuts? I know ill get em in the future...but i just need to know if i need to order them now or not. Thanks!

I would think that you will need another lug for an aftermarket wheel. We sell our wheels with the lugs included no charge. Check with the company you bought the wheels from.

 

you should get some cheapy chrome lugs with your volks, or at least i did.

 

You'll need tuner lugs for smaller openings. Even Rays Duralumin Lugs are too big...McGard offers really good spline drive tuner lugs, and a tuner lock for small lug holes. I got some cheapy Lugs with mine as well.

 

You have to watch out, GT-C can only use GT-C lock from Rays engineering. The slope on the ends are shaped differently. That's why volk will supply you with black GT-C lugs with a key. You can only use that also. But the lock kits are sold separately.
