These sizes would be almost exact, direct OEM wheel replacements (AP2) and require no fender mods, spacers, etc - yes? If confirmed true, then I would be interested is the same set too.

I have TE37 17 x 7.5 +48(front) and 17 x 8.5 +50 (rear) with no fender modifications. Wondering if the 17 x 9 +45 will need fender modifications?

At the moment these wheels are only available in the pressed graphite. OEM size is the 7.5 +48 and 9.0 +63. Which will require no modification at all the to the fenders.
As for the 17x9.0 +45. Yes you will need fender modifications. Rolled flat fronts, rolled rears and also a rear bumper tab relocation.
