Default What is correct lug torque for Volks?

I have a set of CE28n's and was wondering what the correct lug torque is? I have steel lugs with the MS CE28n's.....

I don't see it being any different than stock. I have the same wheels on stock studs @ 80ft/lbs.

I wouldn't use stock lugs on Volks. Volks need a taper seat lug nut. Stock lugs are acorn seat (same as ball seat)

anything wrong with using the stock lugs on an ASA wheel? The tapered ones that came with the wheel don't fit.

SebringsS2k, Sorry. We were talking lugs. I didn't see where you stuck the word "studs" in there.

SoCal. Maybe someone with ASA's can chime in but a local guy has the ASA/Shuk WR1 and im pretty sure his lugs seats are taper seat.

The ASA wheels should use the ones we send with the wheels. The torque would be the same as stock 80 ft. lb.

I torque them to approx. 80 ft-lbs, using the aluminium rays lugs. If I were using the regular "chrome" lugs, I'd maybe go a bit higher than that. I know that xviper goes to about 90-95 with the "chrome" lugs on his CE-28n's.
