It's an ASM spec Prodrive.

Whether or not they're still in production, I have no idea. But if anyone can get them for you, Bulletproof Automotive can. (In fact, they're the ones that are hosting that picture you linked.)

 

Prodrive has pulled out of the US market so all of the wheels are discontinued. You may be able to find a set used, but gc10 are hard to come by in the picture you posted. There are actually a few sets of prodrive gc07 for sale currently, a bay area member has his for sale. The gc07 are the ones in my sig and avatar
