Default What Wheels Available in 17"? Help?

Hey,
I'm looking for some light weight wheels for my AP2 S2000. I've been browsing the boards like crazy and I can't seem to find any medium priced wheels in the specs, with the proper offsets that will fit these cars. Where I have an AP2 I don't want to go any smaller in width than stock.

I think I might have found some Work Emotion CR wheels with offsets that will work...but I dunno. This offset business is blowing my mind.

http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/work-em...43-p-11200.html

All my previous cars someone...somewhere..had made a user friendly offset calculator specific to that car.

I have a large comission check coming next Friday and I am ready for some wheels!

What is the proper offset to look for for Front wheels if I want a 17"x8" for example?
What about 17"x9" in the rear?

I'm thinking that the offset would have to go down...but then again, as I said before, this offset business is blowing my mind!
Any help or any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Thanks,
-Mike

The wheels sizes and offsets are listed on the web site.

This is going to be interesting

Why don't you start with the wheel fitment sticky at the top of the page.

Oh, another thing. I'm running 1.8 degrees negative camber front and 2 degrees negative in the rear. All these charts seem to refer to only stock camber.

Ok, I think I get it. What wheels are available that have a +53 offset and higher in front and a +50 Offset in back? I think that is my main question now.

I think this is what is confusing me.

http://mr2.gordaen.com/wt_calc.php

If I go wider in wheel size, but then LOWER the offset. The wheel sticks out further! It isn't getting sucked in more. So, it sounds like I could go with a lower offset because of my Camber.

Am I losing it?!

Can anyone post a link to where I can purchase some? Every vender i've found doesn't seem to have the right offset for the 9" rears. All I can find is +34 or something like that. I can't remember.
