No a fan IMO, but they look like they could be a set of Work wheels that were re-barreled

I could be wrong though I'm not sure on the style but I think I recall seeing a set similar to these that were Works

They're Work Equips. Couldn't tell you the specs though.

This is correct. Specs are they don't fit at all so 18xwhatever +10 or something stupid.
