I'm not going to talk about what you want about the safety, just a suggestion for a first timer. Ever heard of a Lowenhart wheel on outside of a wheel? There are these wheels that mount on the outside of the original wheels and when you slow down or stop the car, the wheels on the outside continue to move and stop after about a minute by friction. I've seen these wheels on tv but never in real life. I hope you can look more into this. I don't know what the exact type of wheel is but it is made by Lowenhart.
Click here to look at the wheel. I don't know which one though, maybe all of them have the outer wheel. E-mail that site for info.
