Default Wheel Question for everyone!

I thinkin about buying these wheels for my s2000. But the guy said that the only size i can get is 17 by 7.5 and 17 by 7.5 in the rear (not staggered fitment) with an offset of 45mm. Is this good or not good. The tires would be like 215/45/17 front and 225/40/17 in the rear.. what do you guys think??? I have seen these wheels on a feature car in a magazine so i no it's been done..... any thoughts or comments pls... help!!!

You might want to save up a little more and just get SSR competition. Almost the same look, probably lighter and you can get it in anthracite (but if you want it pitch black, you might have to powdercoat it from some shop) And best of all, you can get it from tirerack.com

Look in the november 2004 issue of Import Tuner. You will find an S2000 with those Black Racing wheels on them, and they are staggered. 17X7.5 in the front and 17X8 in the rear. Those wheels look bad ass too.

By the way, the wheel you are showing has 4 lug fitment. Our S2000's have a 5X114.3 fitment. I'm sure you know that though.

If you're not installing the stock S02s, the rear tires should be 245, not 225.

I would not be comfortable with the setup you're proposing.
